Easy to make it!
6 big fresh Prawns
Garlic
Olive Oil (Extravergine)
Parsley
Salt
Zucchini
Cognac
White wine
Clean the Prawns dust them with flour. Cook them in a pan with olive oil garlic, red cili and salt. Add Cognac and 1/2 glass of white wine. Cook for 6/8 minutes. Keep them worm. Prepare the zucchini. Fried olive oil and onions. Add zucchini and a bit of white wine. Don't cook tooo much. A "filo d'olio" (olive oil on top the prawns) ..and.. serve It.
